My online program through True Coach will provide you with realistic goals to transform your health and your life. Whether it is fat loss, muscle gain, mobility, recovery, mindfulness, or mentality. 

What to expect from my online program:

  • - Fitness, fat loss, muscle gain, health, endurance, mindset and recovery assessments.
  • -Goal setting
  • -Custom exercise, wellness, and recovery programming based on your goals, abilities, limitations, work schedule.
  • -Unlimited number of weekly or monthly exercise sessions (amount based on what is best and makes the most sense for you)
  • -Customized exercise sessions are 30-60 minutes 
  • -How-to video links of exercises that are in your program.
  • -Feedback of your exercise form if you can and want to send me videos of you doing any exercises.
  • -Overall Health and Mindfulness Guidance.
  • -Meal plans created by Registered Dietitians (if applicable)
  • -Food journal analysis (if applicable)
  • -Tips, tricks, and strategies to be optimal.

Restaurant analysis: if you know in advance you're going to eat out at a certain restaurant and they have an online menu, I can provide you with which menu items are the healthiest, which to avoid, or what modifications you can ask for so that an item is healthier tailored to your preferences. 

30-60 minute phone calls every two weeks (shorter than 30 minutes, if necessary) via phone, Skype, Facetime, or Facebook (or in-person, if you prefer and you're local) to track your progress to see how you are progressing.
